Freedom Community Medical Clinic is a nonprofit, primary care clinic owned and operated by The Way of Life Christ Ministries America. The clinic is staffed by paid and volunteer providers who commit to our principles of love, respect, compassion, and excellence.

WHO WE SERVE
We serve individuals of all ages, whether insured, uninsured, or underinsured. Our clinic has a zero -tolerance policy for discrimination. No one will be denied care on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, marital status, political affiliation, or economic status.

Our mission is to provide health and wellness by providing free and reduced cost primary and preventive care to insured, uninsured, and underinsured individuals.
